My approach begins by identifying your individual coaching needs and clarifying the style of coaching that will best meet these. From the very first session you will define what areas you want to work on and what you would like to leave alone. This means that you will have a say in the entire process and the freedom to renegotiate goals and focus areas whenever you see fit.
Regardless of what you choose to focus on, you will soon notice that the changes you make in one area have a ripple effect across all areas of your life. Some sessions may have a very practical, hands-on focus, while others will cover a broader scope and focus on the bigger picture. At the end of each session you will set yourself some tasks for the week ahead - and I may add a bonus task or two! Overall, you will find that my coaching has a light touch with lasting results. I know when to listen and when to ask questions or make suggestions. I combine inner process work which facilitates self awareness with solution focussed techniques which enhance action.
Throughout I will guide you through a simple change model. It is that: NEW insight + NEW choices + NEW action = CHANGE. By implementing the steps in this model you will begin to transform your life.
